One thing I have actually noticed is the fact there are plenty of myths regarding the banks intentions when talking about foreclosed. One delusion in particular would be the fact the bank prefers to have your house. The lending company wants your cash, not your property. They want the money they loaned you along with interest. Steering clear of the bank will still only draw a new foreclosed summary. Thanks for your article.
